Current State Assessments
Review existing procurement practices, governance policies, technology, supplier base, and logistics network(s) to establish a clear picture of the business today

Future State Assessment
Work with the executive team to develop a clear vision of the "desired state" procurement organization and develop a range of options to achieve that vision

Analyze Spend Portfolio
Examine spend from several different angles including, but not limited to, category, industry, supplier, parent/subsidiary, and disadvantaged/minority and women owned business enterprise, to glean potential risks and opportunities

Analyze Market Supply
Research and document the trends most likely to impact the availability of a given category or market

Identify Cost Savings
Review the all aspects of the extended-enterprise supply chain including, suppliers, manufacturing processes, logistics, sourcing practices, and procurement policies to identify savings opportunities

Develop Business Case
Work with business teams to develop a clear compelling business case that communicates all costs and benefits of any recommended solution
