Si-Dem has been configured so you can obtain the registered keeper’s details should a PCN remain unpaid. PCN cases are batched ready for export to the DVLA. The application also simplifies importing return data from the DVLA, allowing an authority to forward the appropriate paperwork to the registered keeper efficiently and cost-effectively.
