Si-Log is our application for issuing parking tickets and notices and managing field staff via handheld device. The system features a streamlined workflow that guides users through the evidence capturing process prior to printing a parking ticket or notice via wireless Bluetooth printing technology.

Flexible and configurable: Using our unique Flexfield technology, customers can configure the workflow and data capture fields used by the Si-Log handheld device. This is combined with the flexibility of the Si-Dem back-office system to allow complete control of the issuing process.
Cutting edge: Notices and parking tickets issued can be transmitted wirelessly, in real time, to the Si-Dem back-office system. This happens via GPRS and mobile phone technology. GPS location tracking ensures that geographic-based evidence can be captured for use in back-office mapping applications, with integrated digital cameras providing a powerful, yet simple, evidence capture approach.
Adaptable: Si-Log can be configured to issue a range of different parking enforcement notices, including Parking and Traffic PCNs, Littering, Environmental and Business penalties.
Integrated: By providing patrol staff with the most comprehensive set of up-to-the-second data, invalid notice issuing is minimised. Si-Log handheld users can access real-time data such as virtual permits and mobile phone-based parking payment sessions.
Efficient: Si-Log can manage multiple vehicle observations in parallel. This maximises the use of staff resources whilst ensuring a consistent and legally sound evidence trail.
Management control: While streamlining parking ticket and notice issuing, Si-Log also records all officer activity within an on-street audit log. From this, Si-Dem can produce patrol reports, beat visit frequencies and user benchmarking comparison reports.
Simple to operate: We recognise that handheld users may not always be comfortable with computer technology. Si-Log is designed with a simple prompt-and-click interface. New users typically require minimal training, allowing staff deployment within one day.
