Dean Fennell-Connell has been promoted to the position of Assistant Customer Relations Manager. Fennell-Connell, who has worked with the company for two and half years as Support Technician, will help Customer Relations Manager Shelley Tooes as we liaise ever more closely with our clients.
Fennell-Connell is already engaging with customers on a face-to-face basis to make sure that we are keeping their needs high on the agenda. “Relationship management is all about listening and learning, as well as proposing new solutions,” says Fennell-Connell. “At a time when local authority budgets are under pressure, it can be difficult for decision makers to find the time to network and learn from others’ experiences, so we will also be focusing on encouraging local ideas exchanges. We will also take responsibility for monitoring best practices nationally and then highlighting new thinking when we are with clients to review progress.”
