Shared Services

Shared services offer a blueprint for smaller councils to deliver a cost-effective, decriminalised enforcement service. We have a long and successful track record helping authorities collaborate to deploy our parking ticket and notice processing software. This lets smaller authorities benefit from the scale economies of running a single platform. Additionally, because our software is fully flexible, each authority can customize their configuration without compromising the effectiveness of the overall solution. 

We can centralize management of a shared service via remote servers with a real-time link into the operation’s back office processing facility. Alternatively, an authority can be nominated to host the service. In all cases, PCNs are prefix coded to ensure revenue streams are managed and allocated seamlessly by the system.
