A proven approach
Our methodology comprises three stages that deliver successful transformation of your learning operations:

  • Analysis. A two-step process where due diligence gathers relevant data rapidly, confirms scope, finalizes the statement of work (SOW) and develops final pricing (subject to the Strategic Assessment).
  • Strategic Assessment. A “deep dive” review of the current state of each process area in scope. It defines the required future state and develops the implementation plan and business case.
  • Implementation. Focuses on transforming (redesigning and/or installing best-practice processes and technology and the required people/resources to deliver the in-scope services) and transitioning management and executing responsibility and accountability. Transition occurs as each process is transformed so that realization of value is accelerated.
