ACS processes six million invoices per year for GE totaling $50 billion in payable in 47 currencies and 15 languages. ACS has reduced invoice processing costs by 76 percent, and cycle time has been cut from three weeks to 15.2 hours.

Critical field accuracy has improved from 97 percent to 99.5 percent from the scorecard while non-critical field accuracy has improved from 82 percent to 99.38 percent.

ACS’ reengineered processes have enabled GE to enjoy additional discount capture of $35 million to $40 million a year.

GE has signed multiple renewals because of outstanding quality service and cost savings, including two renewals in the UK.
