Every ACS employee has a story to tell about how he/she came to this remarkable company, what aspects of the work are most enjoyable, and what it means to be a part of such a dynamic and successful organization. Here are just a few examples of typical ACSers who do extraordinary things in their daily activities.
E.I., Facilities Manager, Barcelona
Primary responsibilities: Taking care of the facilities including maintenance, construction of new space, negotiations with suppliers, invoice approvals and events organization. I actively collaborate with my colleagues in Human Resources to organize training courses, and I am a member of the Safety and Security Committee. I supervise the Administrative Support and the three scanning facilities.

Favorite aspect of being an ACS employee: What I like the most about my job at ACS is the opportunity for professional growth. The job has been so challenging as it has involved new tasks and projects from time to time. I also enjoy working in an international environment.

Primary responsibilities: Joined ACS on a Graduate Programme, currently in training alongside more experienced ACSers; primary responsibilities include Tivoli storage management administration.

Favorite aspect of being an ACS employee: I enjoy working at ACS as we have a great team and our working environment is relaxed but hard working. We also have a multicultural environment with staff hailing from Ireland, Poland, UK, Bosnia, and Pakistan.

Primary responsibilities: Managing the service transformation on HR BPO Projects on their different work streams for Sweden and Belgium including the implementation of a new SAP platform.

Favorite aspect of being an ACS employee: ACS is a young, growing company with “fresh” structures – with a great future. The international environment represents a very positive challenge for everybody joining this team. My job as Country Manager means I am responsible for ACS operations in multiple countries which gives me the feeling that the European Union is not just a concept but a living reality. What I like the most about being a part of ACS is it just fits perfectly!

Primary responsibilities: Assist the site manager in providing effective supervision of the Ghana facility to ensure smooth operations, high-quality and cost effective client services, and a motivated workforce.

Favorite aspect of being an ACS employee: Happy to be part of the global ACS team. I joined as a production manager and eventually progressed to my current position in two years. I love the challenge ACS offers as my manager and colleagues are open to constructive ideas and encourage every individual’s ability to bring out the best in them. I love the team approach to problem solving in Ghana and the support we share as one family.

Primary responsibilities: Training Administrator in Learning Management System (LMS) team. I am involved in assisting with data migration, updating user guides and dealing with other administrative work as part of the LMS implementation in several countries across Europe. I am also assisting with project plan management.
