Bill Blodgett
Chief Operations Officer
Bill Blodgett has more than 20 years of experience in the business process outsourcing industry. His background includes programming, sales, financial and operations management.
Bill has managed several business units that process medical claims for large group health insurance companies. He has helped clients significantly reduce expenses, improve quality, and increase auto adjudication in their claims systems. Bill has also helped manage and integrate five acquisitions over the past decade.
In 2006, as COO for a durable medical equipment provider, Bill helped steer the company toward profitability by focusing on its medical billing systems and process.
Bill attended Brigham Young University and the University of Utah.
Lee Zahn
VP of System Operations
Lee Zahn directs the efforts of the CompIQ software development team. He designs and manages the IQReview development “roadmap” with a talented team of experienced software professionals. His unique blend of technical and business perspectives provides a strong foundation for maintaining and extending CompIQ’s technical lead in the bill review industry.
Having worked in both corporate and entrepreneurial environments, Lee has a diverse background in software development. Prior to joining CompIQ, he served as Application Architect and Principal Consultant at Electronic Data System (EDS) and Lexis-Nexis.
Lee is a graduate of the University of Maryland.
Greg Deville
VP of Service Bureau Operations
Greg has been involved in Senior Leadership roles in the insurance industry for over 20 years. His background includes Sales, Client Management and Operational development of National Group Health Insurance Companies, Third Party Claims and Pension Administration, National PPO Networks and National Workers Compensation Bill Review.
Greg has overall responsibility of the Service Bureau bill review process which includes, importing workers compensation bills, operational processes and procedures in applying appropriate state fee schedules, coordinating with PPO imports and exports providing additional savings for the customer and exporting bills out to the Administrator for payment to the provider. Greg’s operational unit handles over two million bills annually in the bill review process.
Greg’s focus is designed to provide the best possible savings to the customer through various means of applying appropriate Fee Schedule adjustments, identifying fraudulent and duplicate bills, applying specific additional criteria where appropriate and based on geographic allowances and fee negotiations.
Additionally, through Greg’s experience in Sales and Client Management, his focus is to continue development of operational individuals within the organization that are focused on Client satisfaction through adhering to quick turnaround times, along with providing accurate and significant savings.
Brent MacLean
Sales Director
Brent MacLean has more than 10 years of experience in the medical management, claims and bill review industry.
His background includes sales, operations and product development. Prior to joining Xerox Services, Brent served in a number of positions at Kemper Insurance, Broadspire and TechHealth. At Kemper\Broadspire Brent managed the Preferred Provider Network and worked intricately with the medical management and claim departments. With TechHealth he served as Vice President of National Sales and Implementations, managing existing clients and working on new partnerships. He was responsible for the development of a new durable medical equipment program that increased customer savings by 65%. With this diverse client and vendor background Brent brings a unique perspective to the CompIQ team.
Brent is a veteran of the United States Air Force and holds a Bachelors degree from University of Maryland in Business Administration and a Master’s Degree from University of Oklahoma in Human Relations.
