Bill Review Supervisor(s), Irvine, CA
Due to recent tremendous growth at the entry-level, we are now in need of supervisors with bill review experience.

Customer Care Rep(s), Irvine, CA
In response to rapid growth and customer demand, a tech support position is needed in the Customer Care Department to assist new and existing ASP customers with a wide variety of technical issues. This individual will answer, evaluate, and prioritize incoming telephone, voice mail, and email requests for assistance from users experiencing problems with hardware, software, networking, and other computer-related technologies.
Will also handle:
- Customer interviews to collect information about the problem and lead them through procedures to determine the source of the problem. Determine whether the problem is caused by hardware or software.
- Problem recognition, research, isolation, resolution and follow-up for routine user problems, referring more complex problems to supervisor or technical staff.
- Additional duties may include assisting in QA testing of application enhancements/fixes.
Must have a strong working knowledge of the CompIQ bill review applicant, thorough understanding of workers’ compensation state fee schedule rules and regulations a plus, outstanding communication skills, excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills. As well as, strong organizational skills along with the ability to prioritize.
