Ann Vezina is Executive Vice President and Group President of ACS Enterprise Solutions & Services (ESS). In this capacity, she's responsible for the ongoing operation of an ACS business group that in Fiscal Year 2009 generated more than $1.37 billion in revenue. The ESS Group serves thousands of clients around the world in many major industries and represents significant growth potential for ACS.

ESS is organized by service offerings into lines of business that include: Commercial Education & Financial Services (CEFS); Finance and Accounting (F&A); and Human Capital Management Solutions (HCMS);  HCMS is comprised of four separate lines of business including Human Resource Outsourcing (HRO); Total Benefits Outsourcing (TBO); Buck Consultants (Human Resources and Benefits Consulting); and Global Learning.

Previously, Vezina served as Managing Director of ACS' Business Process Solutions (BPS), where she was responsible for the delivery of comprehensive business process outsourcing (BPO) services to major commercial industries. This business supported more than 300 clients across multiple vertical markets and geographies.

Vezina has 23 years of global BPO and information technology (IT) experience across a broad spectrum of industries including automotive and hi-tech manufacturing; financial services; communications; travel and transportation; and healthcare. Her experience has taken her throughout Europe, Asia, Latin America, and the United States.

Prior to joining ACS, she spent 18 years with EDS where she progressively advanced her management and leadership skills through experience in BPO operations; sales and business development; project and client management; relationship development; and IT services.

Her responsibilities included the delivery of EDS' customer care business in North America followed by the launch of this business in selected emerging markets. In this role she led the sales, development, implementation, and ongoing operations of customer care solutions in Europe, Brazil, and Mexico.

Vezina attended Central Michigan University, where she graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
