Bob Blondin serves as ACS’ Chief Learning Strategist for its Learning Services business. Prior to ACS, he was a partner at Ernst & Young for 10 years. He has provided strategic learning services to Ernst & Young’s global affiliates as well as to government organizations and a variety of Fortune 500 clients in the retail, consumer products, financial services, pharmaceutical, energy, manufacturing, and high tech sectors. With 35 years of experience in the learning services industry, Blondin has significant expertise working at the executive level to align business goals with learning strategies.

Blondin provides strategic consulting services on how to address business trends and workplace challenges through strategic learning; performance, expertise, and talent management; and knowledge capture and transference.

By putting in place people, processes, technology, measurement strategies and learning content, companies ensure their human capital management and learning strategies are aligned to business goals and defined business outcomes. These learning strategies incorporate identification of performance and knowledge gaps, recommendations for new learning curriculum and recommendations for the learning governance environ-ment.
Blondin holds a B.A. in Mathematics from St. Michael’s College in Vermont and a M.S. in Mathematics from the University of Notre Dame.
