Tracy Tolbert is executive vice president of global sales for the business services division at Xerox, responsible for sales pursuits across the unit, including all commercial and government pursuits around the world.
His demonstrated sales leadership and deep industry knowledge of business process outsourcing (BPO) and IT outsourcing enable the global sales team to extend the company’s global footprint and grow its share of an expanding market.
Advancing the complex sales process involved in long-term outsourcing engagement, Tolbert fosters relationships with key third-party advisors, who play key roles in providing strategic counsel to clients.
Tolbert joined Affiliated Computer Services Inc. (ACS) in 1996 (which was later acquired by Xerox in 2010) as vice president of sales and marketing. He integrated the newly acquired Unibase Technologies to expand the geographic reach of the company’s BPO capabilities.
During his ACS career, Tolbert was responsible for sales in the company’s newly created Commercial Group. This group then combined ITO, the Business Process Solutions unit, and the former Commercial Solutions Group into the Enterprise Solutions & Services group.
He also managed foundational commercial deals with leading Fortune 500 companies. These deals enabled the company to enter the finance & accounting outsourcing market and the human resources outsourcing sector.
Prior to ACS, Tolbert was vice president of sales at Light Speed Dealer Management Systems (now ADP). There, as a member of the executive team, he developed a formal sales organization that enabled the company to grow three-fold.
Tolbert attended Brigham Young University.
