John Rexford is executive vice president of corporate development and leads mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activities for both Xerox Services and Xerox. He was promoted in 2012.
Rexford joined Xerox Services in 1996 as senior vice president to lead acquisition and corporate development activities and was named executive vice president in 2001. Since joining the company, he has completed numerous acquisitions across many business process outsourcing and information technology segments and service lines of business. Most recently, Rexford served as chief financial officer and was responsible for all aspects of Xerox Services’ financial, accounting, and investor relations functions. He was also named to Xerox Services’ Board of Directors in 2006.
Rexford currently oversees all aspects of acquisition investments throughout both Xerox Services and Xerox, including valuation analysis, due diligence and negotiations. Rexford’s experience and leadership has played an instrumental role in Xerox Services’ growth and continues as he effectively prioritizes capital allocations and investment in this key area of business.
Before joining Xerox Services, Rexford served as vice president of Citicorp and Citibank for more than 10 years, where he held several assignments primarily leading capital raising activities in structured transactions. He also held the vice president position at Continental Illinois Corporation.
