Ann Vezina is executive vice president and chief operating officer of the Xerox Services Enterprise BPO group. She was promoted to this position in 2011.

Vezina joined Xerox Services in 2003 as managing director of Business Process Solutions, where she was responsible for the delivery of comprehensive BPO services to all major commercial industries. She also served as group president of Xerox Services Commercial Solutions and Enterprise Solutions and Services and, prior to her most recent promotion, was group president of Human Resource Services. Vezina is responsible for overseeing the Human Resource Services, Financial Services, and Xerox Litigation Services businesses, which serve thousands of clients around the world.

Prior to joining Xerox Services, Vezina spent 18 years with EDS progressively advancing her management and leadership skills through experience in BPO operations, sales and business development, project and client management, relationship development and IT services.

Vezina has 26 years of global BPO and information technology experience across a broad spectrum of industries including automotive and hi-tech manufacturing, financial services, communications, travel and transportation, and health care. Her experience has taken her throughout Europe, Asia, Latin America, and the United States.
